Osaka has a rich food culture, and was called the “Japan‘s Kitchen” in the past. Food ingredients produced in the city of Osaka and food dishes using them are called Osakamon.

We are collaborating with local breweries in Osaka
to upcycle food items that are not used up and
non-standard
food products
made in Osaka into delicious ale!

    Fruit ale style
    with refreshing citrus flavor

    Non-standard Satsuma Mandarin oranges pro-
    duced in Osaka are being used as the ingredient.
    Mandarin oranges have been a popular crop in
    Osaka for a long time, and it was ranked as the
    prefecture
    with the second largest production
    volume during the Taisho period (1912-1926).
    En-
    joy the light citrus fragrance, right amount of
    sourness and refreshing after-taste.

    with subtle sweetness

    Cracked carrots raised in Osaka that do not
    meet market standards are being used as the
    ingredient.

    with fragrance of caramel

    Shrimp-shaped taro produced in Tondabayashi
    City in Osaka Prefecture are characterized
    by
    their fluffy texture and strong stickiness.
    “Parent taro,” which are not usually available
    on
    the market but are edible and have a delicious,
    are being used as the ingredient.
    Enjoy the
    mellow taste and lingering fragrance of caramel.
